Save a member’s credit card or IBAN for future payments

Once you’ve set up payments for your space, you can save each member’s payment method for future payments:

  1. Click on a member from your member list to view their details.
  2. Click on "Charges & invoices":
  3. Click on "Add payment method":
  4. Either…
    1. select "SEPA Direct Debit" and enter their IBAN and the bank account owner’s name or …
    2. select "Credit or debit card" to process card payments via Stripe.
  5. Click on "Save".

If you’ve enabled "billing in member portal" in your account settings, your members can also see and update their payment method there.
