Save a member’s credit card or IBAN for future payments
Once you’ve set up payments for your space, you can save each member’s payment method for future payments:
- Click on a member from your member list to view their details.
- Click on "Charges & invoices":
- Click on "Add payment method":
- Either…
- select "SEPA Direct Debit" and enter their IBAN and the bank account owner’s name or …
- select "Credit or debit card" to process card payments via Stripe.
- Click on "Save".
If you’ve enabled "billing in member portal" in your account settings, your members can also see and update their payment method there.
