How does annual billing work?

Since your number of machines may fluctuate, annual payments are assessed as an account credit. So we’ll charge you for a full year at your current price and keep that amount as credits for your account and deduct your fees each month from that credit – until it runs out.

If number of machines change over time, you're only billed for the machines you have. If you make an annual payment for 5 machines and move down to 3, your credit will last longer than a year. Likewise, if you purchase 5 machines and add more over time, the credit may run out in less than a year.

Same goes for switching between different plans. Each month, we’ll simply deduct the price for your current plan and number of machines from your remaining account credit.

Whenever your credit runs out, we’ll invoice you for another year at your current price. We like doing it this way, so we never have to pro-rate machines or ask you to make additional payments along the way as your business changes.
