How does annual billing work?
Since your number of machines may fluctuate, annual payments are assessed as an account credit. So we’ll charge you for a full year at your current price and track that amount as credits for your account. Each month, we’ll simply deduct the price for your current plan and number of machines from your remaining account credit – until it runs out.
Each month you're billed for the machines you have at that time. So if you make an annual payment for 5 machines and connect more machines over time, your credit may run out in less than a year. . Likewise, if you reduce the number of machines again, your credit will last longer.
Same goes for switching between different plans.
Whenever your credit runs out, we’ll invoice you for another year at your current price. We like doing it this way, so you don’t have to make additional payments every time your business requirements change.
